Today's Car Wash

I had a very disappointing experience at this car wash. My 2023 Jeep Compass entered the wash in like-new condition. During the wash, there was a loud pop, the tunnel had to be stopped, and an employee attempted to snap the damaged piece back into place. After the wash, I found damage all on the same side of my vehicle, including broken clips and loose trim. I also found what appeared to be material from the car wash/wiper equipment lodged inside my headlight. The manager documented that my vehicle was in like-new condition before the wash, and the business has camera footage of the incident. Despite this, my claim was denied, and I was told to file through my own insurance. I expected the company to take responsibility and conduct a fair investigation. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

Today's Carwash somehow performed wizardry on my car. I pulled in driving what looked like a rolling science experiment and left wondering if they'd accidentally swapped it for a brand-new one. Even the bugs on my windshield probably filed a complaint about how spotless everything was. The staff was fast, friendly, and clearly takes pride in what they do. My car is so shiny now I'm using it as a mirror to check my hair. If your vehicle has forgotten what its original color looks like, do it a favor and head to Today's Carwash. Just be warned—you might start parking a mile away from everyone else to protect your new sparkle.

I came in for a car wash, but Joseph treated me like my car was on an episode of “Extreme Makeover!” 😂 He made sure he had my mats looking better than I expected. But what really stood out was that he didn’t stop there. After seeing what my car needed, he pointed me in the right direction for detailing, repairs, and other services that could help get it back in shape. That’s the kind of customer service you don’t see every day—someone who genuinely wants to help instead of just getting you through the line. The whole process was quick, easy, and hassle-free. I drove away with a cleaner car, helpful recommendations, and a smile. Thanks, Joseph, for going above and beyond. I’ll definitely be back!

My car didn't need a wash; it needed an exorcism. Enter Today’s Carwash and a man named Curtis. Curtis didn't just guide me onto the track; he directed me with the fierce passion and hand signals of a seasoned aircraft carrier marshal guiding a fighter jet into battle. I felt safe. I felt seen. Then came the tunnel of destiny. The spinning brushes fought the dirt like it owed them money. It was a high-octane, neon-colored symphony of absolute destruction against road grime. I rolled out looking so blindingly shiny that I might cause a highway hazard. If your ride looks like it survived an apocalypse, go see Curtis. The man is a hero.
